We are seeking a part time pelvic health and orthopedic physical or occupational therapist who shares our passion for supporting moms and active women/men, including runners, weightlifters, and athletes. The ideal candidate has a growth mindset, great communication skills, and is excited to work for our small women-owned business, while providing exceptional care to the Boston community. About Pacer Physical Therapy:

Pacer Physical Therapy is a leading pelvic health and orthopedic clinic in Boston, dedicated to empowering women to stay strong, confidently manage pelvic floor symptoms, and remain active throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. We take a holistic approach, offering 75-minute evaluations and 60-minute follow-ups to ensure comprehensive care. Our mission is to create a fun, educational, and supportive environment for clients with pelvic health concerns. We bridge the gap between symptoms and a return to the activities they love. Services are offered both virtually and in-clinic, and we are a cash-based, out-of-network practice.

 

Qualifications:

  • DPT degree required
  • Experience working with pregnant and postpartum populations
  • Interest or experience in birth preparation, pelvic health, and manual therapy (lumbopelvic region)
  • Certifications preferred (e.g., Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor 1 & 2A/B, APTA Pelvic 1/2, Institute of Birth Healing, Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist) but not required

Job Details:

  • Flexible schedule, part time (2-3 days per week) with self determined shifts
  • Shifts between 8 AM and 7 PM 
  • Weekend Shifts Available 
  • 75-minute evaluations and 60-minute treatment sessions
  • No double booking of patients
  • Paid documentation time
